DESCRIPTION:This class fulfills the 3-hour ethics and business practices for license renewal requirement.\nREALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours\, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. \n\nATTENDANCE POLICY:\nFREC requires licensed individuals to attend 90% of the instructional class time. Physical presence is required.\nCE credit will not be given to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instruction time. \nAll students MUST sign in and out to receive CE credit.\n\nIMPORTANT – Registration Protection & Refunds\nRegistration fees are non-refundable unless Registration Protection is purchased at checkout. If you wish to be eligible for a refund in the event you need to cancel\, you must purchase the Registration Protection option at the time of registration.\nRefund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of the Registration Protection plan.
