CE: Conflict Resolution for Realtors (3CE)

Description
This course will equip Realtors® with the ability to smooth things out and keep the peace. Whether the issue is as slight as a mere miscommunication, or as serious as a rigorous conflict in opinion, participants will learn how to come to an equally acceptable resolution, better commune with their clients and co-workers, and apply their newly honed skills to the people-centered world of real estate.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:18 a.m. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with the class monitor and sign in and out on the provided attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of the class.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
Cancellations not received within 24 hours prior to class start time will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting WVAR at 386.774.6433 or emailing at education@westvolusiarealtor.org
