This course will walk agents through the importance of a strong listing, how to use their newly-acquired apprising skills to help engage the prospect and convert them to a customer, and how to communicate effectively with the bank’s appraiser. Realtors® participating in this course will learn that, oftentimes, they can get more involved in the appraisal process than they think ensuring a great outcome for both them and the buyer
