Description
Updated with the most current information on the ramifications and impact of COVID-19 on the real estate market. The program includes helpful tips discussing payments, Cash to Close, Appreciation, Depreciation, Interest Rates, The Economy, and Statistics. It is designed to turn you into a walking talking real estate machine, and help you generate another transaction in the next 30 to 60 days.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 1:48 p.m. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with the class monitor and sign in and out on the provided attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of the class.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
Cancellations not received within 24 hours prior to class start time will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting WVAR at 386.774.6433 or emailing at education@westvolusiarealtor.org
