CE: DISCover Effective Buyer/Seller Communication

Description

During this course you will unveil the strengths of each personality style; and before time is up, you will learn a great way to improve communications with those you work and live with. As a real estate professional, you come into contact with various generations and personality styles on a daily basis. To be truly successful, it is imperative to build a relationship with your customers. Statistics show that people do business with people they LIKE and people they TRUST. And, by understanding your customer’s personality a little better, you can adjust what you do and say to improve communication.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 12:18 p.m. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with the class monitor and sign in and out on the provided attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of the class.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
Cancellations not received within 24 hours prior to class start time will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting WVAR at 386.774.6433 or emailing education@westvolusiarealtor.org
